So for the first time in my life (I think) I will share a cookie recipe I’ve been slightly famous for since college. These bad boys are SO simple (they’d have to be or you wouldn’t be finding them on my blog) and so, so yummy! They’re also quick, which comes in handy if you’re anything like me and have a sweet tooth craving and need it immediately.
So, here goes…
First you need to preheat your oven to 350°F. That’s a pretty simple first step, right? 😉 Then you need to gather your ingredients – one cup of peanut butter, one cup of white sugar, and one egg.
Next you take those three ingredients and mix them together.
Once they are mixed together, shape them into one inch balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. If your oven is finished preheating at this point, go ahead and put the filled cookie sheet in. Set your timer for 10 – 12 minutes. (While I am waiting, I start unwrapping the chocolate droplet candies that I will be placing on the cookies).
Once they are done baking, take them out and carefully place a chocolate droplet candy in the center of each of the cookies. (They will have flattened out a bit while baking). Let them cool and then enjoy!
I really hope you enjoy! These cookies are tried and true and have been shared with many family and friends over the years! When you make them, let me know what you think!
And to make your life a little easier, here’s your recipe:
